Ben Seidel, President & CEO, RHG Recognized By The America China Hotel Association

Dedication to the Community, Exemplary Service and Outstanding Leadership Are Also Acknowledged by New York State and County Officials.


OCEAN CITY, Md., Nov. 27, 2017/PRNewswire/ -- The Officers of the Chinese American Hotel Owners Association recognized Ben Seidel, President and CEO, Real Hospitality Group, with the Outstanding Hotel Award, which honors individuals in that not only excel in the field of hospitality but work towards building better communities.

The accolade was recently presented to Seidel at the America China Hotel Association's premiere annual gala which was held on November 8th at the Terrace on the Park in New York City. In addition, city and state officials recognized and presented Seidel with three certificates including the New York State Assembly's special recognition for dedication and service to the community, the New York State Senate's citation for exemplary service and the City of New York'srecognition for outstanding leadership.

In addition to his lifetime of passion for the industry and driving successful hotel business operations, Seidel also serves as President of Marriott's Owners Council for the Aloft Hotels brand, is a board member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and is an active member of various hospitality brands and associations. He has taught hospitality marketing and accounting management at the Central Connecticut State University's school of hospitality and is a current participant in the development of the School of Hospitality at the West Virginia University in Morgantown. Seidel is a graduate of West Chester University in Pennsylvania and is CHA/CHSP certified by AHLAEI.
